A: Location and Pickup Options: We are located in Cynthiana, KY. For local customers who prefer to avoid shipping costs, we offer a free pickup option or local delivery for an additional $5 fee. Deliveries occur on Wednesdays and Sundays and are available only to Cynthiana residents. Please ensure you select the correct option during checkout.

A: Safety of Our Products: All our wax items are clean-burning and non-toxic, including the type of wicks we use. We do not include harmful chemicals, carcinogens, parabens, or phthalates. Additionally, dye is not used in our jar candles as it can disrupt the adhesion of the wax to the glass.
Q: What is the processing time for customizable items, and who is responsible for crafting them?
A: Processing Time for Customizable Items: Please allow 3-4 weeks to arrive at our location or deliver to you for any customizable pieces. We partner with a supplier based in Florida who handcrafts many wooden, acrylic, and laser items alongside her husband. You won’t be disappointed—each piece is worth the wait!
Q: What are the turnaround times for apparel and sublimation items, and how will you inform me of any delays?
A: Turnaround Times for Apparel & Sublimation Items: All shirts, hats, and sublimation items have a standard turnaround time of 14 business days. This period allows us to procure necessary supplies that may not be immediately available. In some cases, we may beat that 14-day turnaround time, and if there are any delays (due to weather, stock, etc.), we will communicate this to you via email.
Q: What are ready-to-ship items, and how quickly will they be shipped or available for pickup?
A: Ready-to-Ship Items: Items labeled as ready-to-ship are in stock and will be shipped or ready for pickup within 48 hours of your order placement.
Q: What is the turnaround time for items from your candle shop, and why is that period necessary?
A: Candle Shop Items: Items from our candle shop (unless already made and in stock) will have a standard turnaround of 14 business days to allow the wax to cure for optimal scent throw.

A: Candle Cracking: It’s normal for some mild cracking to occur, particularly during colder months. Although this can be unavoidable, it won't impact the candle's burning quality and usually resolves after the first use. If you encounter any issues with cracking or receive damaged items (such as breaks upon arrival), please email us and include your order number in the subject line.
